Whatever your skills and experience, we’ll help you to thrive in our inclusive culture. **About the team: TE** **About the role:** This role is responsible for timely maintenance and upkeep of production equipment (mechanical and electrical) and utilities with the objective of ensuring on-time and quality production with zero accidents and a safe and healthy work environment with 100% statutory compliances. **Role Responsibilities:** **Plant Maintenance for Productivity Improvement** + Plan, implement and monitor the daily maintenance plan to enhance the serviceability of mechanical/ electrical system + Plan, schedule, implement and monitor the preventive / predictive maintenance to minimize breakdown + Handle real time breakdown/emergency effectively + Critical analysis of spares & maintain inventory of vital, essential & desirable spares as par analysis. + Maintaining asset history data & improving asset life applying analysing tools. + Fine tuning bottling lines to ensure error free fill level & desired labelling accuracy at rated capacity + Trouble shooting and smooth operation of process plant, SCADA & other specific automations **Operation and Maintenance of Utilities** + Ensure efficient operation and maintenance of DG’s, Air Compressors, HVAC, STP, ETP, Industrial Water Supply, incinerator, cold rooms etc. to ensure full scale availability of Utility equipment + Ensure efficient operation and maintenance of solar plant, steam turbine, gas turbine and advance RO system + Drive energy saving and improvement project initiation, planning and execution + Ensure Statutory compliance adherence and monitoring **Documentation and Reporting** + Document and Report maintenance activities + Maintain a list of all spares available + Design maintenance strategies, procedures & methods in form of the maintenance manual. + Conduct Utility consumption analysis and reporting. + Liaise with Government Regulatory authorities for license renewals, NOCs etc. **People Management** + Lead a team of executives / supervisors / technicians to achieve different predefined KPIs + Communicate, guide, direct and monitor maintenance activities + Identify skill gaps among the team and provide required training to build capabilities + Inspect the daily maintenance activities and take corrective actions as required **Support** + Supervise the installation & commissioning of equipment + Work closely with Quality, EHS, Production, Process Managers to ensure timely support or undertake preventive actions + Co-ordinate with Procurement department to ensure availability of spares **EHS** + Ensure EHS process standards and guidelines procedure are adhered while executing maintenance, Project activities in the Unit + Assist in EHS function through 100% compliance of statutory requirements + Ensure execution of SIRC, SBO observation on unsafe conditions. + Lead safety culture demonstrating SBO reporting and improvement execution within asset care functions **Manex** + Lead Manex asset care pillar, ensure deployment of standards & achieve target maturity score + Lead run meetings-DOR (T1,T2 & T3) participation & process confirmation. + Drive process improvement agenda through Manex processes. Ensure productivity saving target are delivered through improvement and FI projects **Experience / skills required:** + B. Tech/ BE (Mechanical) + PGDM / PGD in boilers & Process + 12 -15 Years in the manufacturing sector with functional knowledge of maintenance of equipment and utilities in process industries + Knowledge of machines and equipment used in process industries + Knowledge on Boilers + Ability to identify and quickly resolve equipment issues on shop floor + Knowledge of risks in case of equipment issues and risk mitigation actions **Best Suited for someone who** + Has experience in operational implementation + Has got exposure of at least 4 years in manufacturing excellence + Has familiarity with Lean concepts, Kaizen, TPM, Integrated Management System, OSHAS, 5S, 6 sigma etc. + Is well versed with different analytical tools like Pareto, Poka Yoke, Value Engineering + Has exposure in Managing Unionised workforce **Flexible Working Statement:** Flexibility is key to our success.
