We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager / Director – Credit Expert to join our team for a high-profile financial services transformation project. This role is instrumental in supporting international credit requirements and contributing to core banking delivery and transformation initiatives.

If you are an experienced professional with a strong background in credit, financial products, and agile project management, this opportunity is for you. The position offers flexibility, including subcontracting or freelancing arrangements, and involves international travel.

 

Your key responsibilities

Lead and drive end-to-end credit-related change projects within the financial services sector. Develop and implement strategies for international credit product requirements (alike a product owner). Oversee and execute core banking change delivery (functional and technology wise) and transformation initiatives. Build and manage Agile delivery teams across full change lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of change implementations. Engage with diverse international stakeholders to drive strategic transformation efforts

Product Know-How Required

End-to-End Product Value Chains  “SLB/Repo” covering Securities Lending & Borrowing, Repo & Reverse Repo for client and prop book flows “Credit”: Lombard (fixed-term loans, account overdraft), Mortgages, Guarantees (Bank, Credit Card, Letter of Credit).

 

Skills and attributes for success

Extensive experience in credit and financial products, preferably in an international banking environment. Proven track record in core banking transformation and end-to-end project delivery. Strong Agile project management capabilities, with experience in team building. Ability to navigate international regulatory requirements and credit risk frameworks. Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills. Fluency in English; German is preferred but not mandatory. Willingness to travel internationally.
