We are looking for a leader to join our Oceania AI-enabled Automation practice in Sydney as Director to support the growth of our capability, manage key accounts, drive existing and new business sales and lead the team.

 

What we’re looking for

A passion for delivering transformational process and technology solutions, process improvement and driving lasting value. Demonstrable knowledge and experience across the spectrum of AI-enabled automation technologies with leading organisations in the public and private sector. Understanding and experience of articulating solutions for clients using Generative AI as a key enabler. Ability to successfully manage people and accounts with exceptionally interpersonal skills, driving new and existing business opportunities. Proven new business development capabilities including leading proposals, bid teams and the development of business growth strategies. Understanding of consulting methods, operating model design, process improvement/reengineering and wider transformational delivery.  Experience in managing senior stakeholders, both internally and externally. Experience in structuring and managing teams and managing complex project delivery. Relevant business certifications across key concepts and methods (Lean, Project Management, etc). Commitment to deliver and demonstratable work-ethic, attitude and agility to work with a diverse group of clients and colleagues. Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead diverse teams with a mix of technical and business acumen. Relevant understanding and technical certifications across IA (e.g. Microsoft Power Platform) UiPath, Blue Prism, Microsoft,) AI (Microsoft, Databricks, AWS, SnowFlake etc) tools. Relevant University qualifications or experience to match.
