The Third-Party Relationship Manager (TRM) is responsible for providing oversight and governance of third parties across the Digital Banking platform team. This Third-Party Relationship Manager will have oversight of partners/products providing third party services.
This role ensures that third party suppliers operate within the AXP Third Party Lifecycle
Management (TLM) framework, serving as the primary relationship lead between the Partner and American Express.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of vendor and contract management experience Strong relationship-building skills with ability to effectively influence, collaborate and work across multiple business groups and functions. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong organizational, negotiation and communication skills Ability to drive and manage multiple projects/ priorities to completion; meet deadlines. Analytical and displays thought leadership by being able to transform ideas to actionable plans. Ability to execute under pressure. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office related products (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word). Proven effective people leader skills. Experience working in or with various governance and 2nd and 3rd lines of defense organization to support, challenge and promote objectives. College degree preferred.Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
