**Key Responsibilities:**
The Senior Manager of Clubs & Lounges Growth and Planning Strategy will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of United’s club and lounge network. This individual will be responsible for developing and managing a comprehensive network plan, which includes identifying optimal locations for new clubs and lounges and establishing priorities for development. The role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical background to build demand models and handle partner access and revenue streams. The Senior Manager will also be tasked with creating robust analytics and reporting frameworks, tied back to program goals, that support success across all aspects of the business.
+ Develop, actively manage, and refresh the strategic network plan for club and lounge locations, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
+ Build and maintain demand forecasting models to predict customer usage and revenue potential for existing and future clubs and lounges.
+ Maintain relationships with partners, negotiate access and revenue agreements that benefit our business and enhance customer experience.
+ Design and implement analytics and reporting tools to monitor club and lounge performance, providing insights that drive operational improvements and growth.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network planning, finance, real estate, operations, and alliances, to integrate club and lounge strategy with broader company initiatives.
+ Create strong business cases that introduce clear narratives substantiated with key quantifiable data to win enterprise support.
+ Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
**Note:** This position provides for a hybrid work arrangement with in-office requirements up to 50% of the time in Chicago, IL. This position will also be expected to travel up to 10% of the time.
**Qualifications**
**What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related field
+ 7+ years in strategic planning, business analytics, or a related field with a demonstrated leadership experience
+ 3+ years' experience managing a team
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to create financial models and conduct complex data analysis
+ Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills, with experience managing external partners
+ Proficient in data analysis tools and software, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
+ Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information in a clear and persuasive manner
+ Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
+ Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
+ Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

The base pay range for this role is $124,735.00 to $169,950.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
