Provide strategic leadership throughout the baggage handling operations to ensure compliance with baggage handling processes by all parties involved.  Maintain a healthy communication channel with BHS Operations and Maintenance team to define and agree how the system will be operated to best support the requirements of the operation and ensure measurable service level agreements exist to ensure baggage delivery is optimized.  Strategize with Operations and Maintenance team to develop and agree on a planned preventative maintenance methodology that will ensure sufficient available capacity to match demand, while baggage system components are under maintenance.  Develop the JCC Baggage operations strategy and wide angle perspective of the JCC BHS presence.   Define strategies to implement actions agreed with all stakeholders and users to improve and achieve desired performance in BHS.  Continually improving planning processes and scheduling to ensure that baggage operations work to a plan, that the plan is measured, reviewed and optimized.  Develop and define KPIs for all operational processes and strategize infrastructure requirement to achieve desired measures.  Develop long term strategies for development of baggage operations.  Transition of Airlines to T2 from T1 

Educational Qualification 

A Graduate in any discipline preferable in Science from an institute of repute, recognized by AICTE / DTE GOI and preferable a PG Degree in Management Studies. 

 Experience :  

 Essential: A minimum of 15-20 Years of experience 

Desired: Knowledge of airport baggage operations, systems and processes, installation & commissioning.
