A career within Customer Consulting services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients design customer strategies that address the customers’ underlying needs and desired outcomes. We help build bridges between digital and analog mediums, delivering personal and contextual experiences powered by technology and analytics, and driving the total experience by engaging the customer, product, partner, and employee experiences.Level – Senior Manager
Minimum Years of experience – 10
Mandatory experience – Minimum 2 years in management consulting
Work experience areas:
· Market sizing, Performance improvement and market entry strategy
· ANY OF: Design of Customer Experience design AND / OR Customer analytics (Segmentation, Sales, Marketing, Service) resulting in clear business outcomes AND / OR Contact (Call) center design, conversion rate & process improvement
· Business casing / business modeling experience / Sales uplift / revenue growth
· If from a consulting background, should have led individually large workstreams or small projects (such as market entry strategy, sales process design to execution, digital channel sales uplift for a specific product line etc.)

Job Profile:
· Work with clients to identify their strategic goals and develop comprehensive plans to achieve them.
· Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate new business opportunities and identify strategic business transformation opportunities in manufacturing and define the transformation roadmap.
· Partner with CEOs and Sales Heads to architect future proof operating models embracing the sector powered by transformational technology, ecosystems and analytics in manufacturing domain.
· Prepare and deliver presentations to clients to communicate strategic plans and recommendations.
· Monitor industry trends and keep clients informed of potential opportunities and threats.
· Participate in the development of thought leadership content, including white papers and presentations, on telecommunications industry topics
