Overview

Hire Resolve’s client, a reputable Financial Services Provider, is seeking a Senior Manager to lead their team in Cape Town. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives within the organization.

 

Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations and manage departmental objectives to align with company goals Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of professionals Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency and drive performance Monitor, analyse, and report on operational metrics and KPIs Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize processes Collaborate with senior leadership to set budgets and financial forecasts Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing or Business Management 5-8 Years’ experience in client services and sales within a Financial Services or Employee
Benefits environment. 3-5 Years’ management experience Knowledge of the financial services, health, insurance, and investment industry Certified Financial Planner (CFP) would be advantageous. Key individual would be advantageous. Proven ability to lead and motivate teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Benefits:
