Join us on our journey to #ForeverCaring as Senior Manager – Record to Report and you’ll do the same. **About the role:** The main purpose of the role is to ensure the delivery of all accounting and reporting processes in scope as well as interfacing with key stakeholders across the entire organization. The Senior Manager is a pivotal role, acting as a right hand of the RtR Tower Lead, driving key improvement initiatives, providing support to strategic projects as well as providing Business Units with necessary support from actuals reporting (IFRS and local GAAP) point of view, while on the other hand bringing business insights to GBS teams. **Key Duties and Responsibilities** + Ensure all accounting and reporting processes in scope are delivered in line with defined timelines and according to quality standards + Ensure proper planning and execution of the key milestones in the group reporting process by GBS teams, working closely with key stakeholders in the organization (mainly Consolidation, External reporting, Treasury team, local markets, managing risks and escalations accordingly + Facilitate proper planning and monitoring of the key milestones in the statutory and tax processes (incl. audit), working closely with key stakeholders in the organization and external providers, helping managing risks and escalations accordingly + Work together with key Business Unit stakeholders to ensure proper actuals reporting, understand business context of the numbers, and build the business acumen within GBS teams + Drive key RtR improvement initiatives in cooperation with RtR Tower Lead and RtR Global Process Owner, proactively identify any areas of improvement to help maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes + Provide active support to strategic projects, acting as a subject matter expert in RtR processes, ensuring proper alignment with relevant stakeholders (GBS and the business), providing insightful analysis and recommendations where required + Fully responsible for operational management and development of a team of approx. 20+ individuals + Perform analysis based on KPIs to identify continuous improvement opportunities and how to add value to the business + Drive the resolution of more complex queries and/or escalations **Principal Contacts** GBS teams, IT, FP&A, Corporate and market teams, Auditors, external providers, authorities **Travel Requirements** Position may involve travel up to 10% of the time, mostly within Europe but overseas travel is expected.
