Wood is currently recruiting for a talented Senior Manager – Construction and Completions to join our Minerals and Metals business. The successful candidate will preferably be located in either Johannesburg, South Africa or Perth, Western Australia, but other locations will also be considered. The ideal candidate will have significant Minerals and Metals EPCM experience, preferably on projects with a value of $500M+, managed strategy and construction execution methods throughout the Eastern hemisphere and ideally, will have experience working on construction projects in remote locations.  

The Senior Manager will be responsible for assuring delivery and execution excellence in construction and completions activity across the Minerals & Metals East business. This role will work closely with the Business Development and Proposals team to review the Construction scope of all tenders and will develop the execution strategy, including manhours build-ups, review of technical expertise and resources available, alignment with Wood and customers practices and procedures.
