In many of our locations, we offer team members: + Competitive compensation and recognition + Hybrid work environment and flexible approach to work + Retirement and financial savings options + Well-being and mental health support + Parental leave + Physical well-being initiatives and health insurance plans + Professional development opportunities + Volunteer opportunities As Senior manager, People and Culture you will design, deliver and measure a portfolio of global programs, processes and experiences that build talent and organizational capability, improve leadership, team and organization effectiveness, strengthen culture and enhance the team member experience. **Primary responsibilities include:** + Partner closely with business leaders and HR Business Partners on the execution of Talent processes, the development of our High Potential team members and identification of needs and solutions to critical leadership and organizational development issues, + Build organizational effectiveness strategies and other culture-related initiatives including coaching, team effectiveness and change management interventions in order to engage motivate, retain and maximize team member performance, + Design and deliver custom solutions, roadmaps and interventions for leaders to enhance their performance and enhance organizational culture, + Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to continue to increase leadership awareness, commitment and accountability for building and sustaining an inclusive culture by addressing identified areas of improvement and creating an environment of belonging for all team members, + Build credible relationships with senior stakeholders and influence leaders to engage in cultural development as a critical component to accomplishing business outcomes, + Develop and implement digital learning solutions to drive our digital learning strategy, delivering impactful learning experiences and fostering continuous learning. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or Organizational Development required; Masters or Coaching Certification preferred + Minimum of 10+ years of related experience in Organizational Development function, preferably in a complex, multi-site organization + Demonstrated ability and experience in being a trusted advisor, asking probing questions to get at root issues, influencing effectively, confidently making recommendations to improve the effectiveness of a team / organization + Practical, hands-on experience leading cultural and organizational change, and organizational design initiatives + A broad background across key international markets and experience working with a global HR team + Certification in OD and two or more assessment/feedback instruments (MBTI, EQ, DiSC, Hogan, 360) + Has an active external and future focus; brings a broad, enterprise-wide and systems thinking perspective + Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all levels + Demonstrated success in designing, implementing and embedding efficient and effective talent processes + Strong functional expertise in planning and change management in heavily matrixed global organizations + Demonstrated ability to develop, analyze and interpret data, driving thoughtful recommendations and actions + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, resilient, self-starter and fast learner with a consumer centric mindset + Ability to negotiate and manage multiple stakeholders, often with competing interests and timelines \#LI-Hybrid BIC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
