What You’ll Do For Us

Responsible for driving the recruitment process for internal and external early career to senior level talent in support of business needs today and in the future.   The Senior Manager,  Talent Acquisition will drive end-to-end recruiting and consultation; including market research, building robust pipelines for critical skills, sourcing, candidate assessment, interview and offer management 

Foster and maintain relationships with key partners and leadership to understand business objectives and key skills needed to support company growth.  Provide external insights on the talent market (i.e. demographic trends, employment projections) and develop holistic talent attraction, sourcing and hiring strategies.   

Deliver on recruitment priorities leveraging both internal and external talent channels while collaborating with Talent, HR and Leadership 

Identify, develop, and implement innovative sourcing strategies for key roles and critical skills that result in quality talent pipelines to meet workforce needs aligned to business objectives 

Achieve positive outcomes against talent KPIs; partner with internal teams (local and global) on identifying and executing operational efficiencies  

Support Coca-Cola’s objectives by attracting talent through strategic sourcing strategies to ensure Coca-Cola continues to be a top destination for talent 

Utilize data analytics to provide insights and recommendations to the business related to the recruitment process 

Ensure compliance with local legislation 

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 

Five (5) plus years with a history of success at senior level recruiting in a complex global environment and/or recruitment search firm 

Experience influencing leaders across various disciplines, functions and geographies while acting as a trusted advisor  

Strong sourcing capability and experience  

Strong operational experience with recruitment tools and processes; experience with Workday preferred 

Ability to apply business acumen while anticipating and adapting to changing needs of the business 

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, required
