Your Impact:
As the Senior Manager, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of nurturing and expanding a select group of existing software accounts. Collaborating closely with other senior team members, you will take ownership of overall account management, ensuring client satisfaction and driving growth initiatives
Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop deep relationships with current customers and generate business with new accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their unique challenges and objectives thoroughly.
+ Consult with clients to advocate for solutions that align with their business goals, effectively evangelizing Cytel's offerings.
+ Manage the end-to-end sales process by engaging appropriate resources, including Customer Success Managers, Sales, Subject Matter Experts, and Executive Leadership.
+ Cultivate market awareness and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, positioning Cytel as a leader in the industry.
+ Stay abreast of industry trends and Cytel's product developments, providing valuable insights to enhance market reach and product offerings.
+ Demonstrate a track record of software sales within the life sciences sector.
+ Strong background in account management, particularly with large/mid-size pharmaceutical clients.
+ Knowledge of the drug development process, with a focus on software support for clinical trials in Phases I-IV.
+ Preferably have a network within the biopharmaceutical industry, with connections in biostatistics, clinical trials groups, and senior management.
+ Ability to comprehend and articulate technical concepts and Cytel's value propositions effectively.
+ Excellent communication skills to engage with a diverse, international client base, including senior executives.
+ Strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills to secure internal support and resources.
