CooperVision (CVI), is looking for a Senior Manager, Quality Engineering, based in our Juana Diaz, PR Campus.  This role operates across the Americas, collaborating with engineers, management, and other business critical stakeholders to define and achieve strategic objectives. As the Senior Manager for Quality Engineering, the incumbent will support the CVI Global Manufacturing Strategy by implementing tools and processes that enhance Quality Systems and drive innovations in product and process introductions. 

The Senior Manager for Quality Engineering drives the implementation of quality engineering initiatives to enhance manufacturing systems and workflows, particularly within manufacturing and packaging sites. This role ensures alignment with business requirements and medical device regulations while leading improvements and changes across embedded workflows from R&D through Packaging. By fostering stakeholder engagement, the Senior Manager champions new concepts and prepares the organization’s Quality tools to support significant volume growth.
