Senior Manager, Project Management - Network

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Manager, Project Program Management to support Provider Executive Complaints. This role involves collaborating with various functional areas to ensure timely resolution of provider issues and enhance overall provider satisfaction across Aetna Network.

Primary Responsibilities:

Support research and root cause analysis for Provider Executive Complaints, ensuring effective communication and resolution.Partner with the CVS Customer Care team to address network and provider-related issues.Collaborate across Network and other departments to ensure timely responses to provider inquiries.Drive improvements in the provider executive complaint workflow to enhance efficiency.Support strategic initiatives and special projects as needed.

Required Qualifications

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Experience in provider relations or customer service preferred.Ability to analyze data and identify trends.Collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.3-5 years of Network or Project Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of experience communicating with executive leaders both through written and verbal communications.1+ years of experience leveraging root cause corrective action methodologies.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$82,940.00 - $182,549.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
