Factor a brand of HelloFresh is seeking the Senior Manager, Production Planning. The Production Planning team plays a central role in maintaining efficient operations and delivering for our customers in a high-growth environment. Our Senior Manager of Production Planning is responsible for end-to-end production planning for our distribution centers, including addressing day-to-day operational risk, analytical problem-solving, and driving improvement of key performance indicators. Oversee and track progress against production plans, addressing deviations through problem-solving and root cause analysis. Lead the team responsible for timely creation and execution of daily production plans. Drive key data requirements across cooking and production operations, managing stakeholder expectations and communication. Assess operational risks and collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, HR, and Operations to mitigate them. Utilize production planning tools to monitor performance and ensure successful plan execution. Analyze operational metrics to identify insights for optimizing end-to-end production planning.
