Position Summary:

The Pricing, Reimbursement & HTA, Senior Manager, reporting to Governmental Affairs & Market Access Lead, is accountable for planning and implementing pricing & reimbursement & HTA strategies and tactics to support company's business objectives in Romania.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop market access plans and strategies, implement, and monitor action plans for BMS products after approvalsIntegrate national legislation in the MA strategies and action plans for BMS productsScreen and monitor legislation in area of pricing, reimbursement, HEOR in order to maintain P&R and introduce earlier treatments for RO patientsAnalyze and identify potential impact on BMS portfolio, prepare business casesExecute the Health Technology Assessment processes and liaise with HTA bodies, includes reimbursement processCoordinate with colleagues from other departments, for each therapeutic area, for potential BMS product reimbursementMap and profile the key MA stakeholders for each product, interact with HCA for MA topics, projectsDevelop pricing strategies by positioning the brand to meet stakeholders and commercial expectationsUndertake pricing analysis for BMS & competition, manage the pricing approval process, elaborates pricing declarations on behalf of BMS RomaniaParticipate in trade associations working groupsCollect and analyze outcomes research, health economics and budget impact data, and translate it into meaningful, relevant datasetsManage budget and resource allocation for HEOR and market access projects, finance monitoring

Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

University graduateExperience in the business negotiations and group presentations.At least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry/HCA, preferably in innovative pharma companiesAble to demonstrate strong capabilities to work in a complex matrix structure with different function and brandsEstablish relationships with key decision makers, legislative experienceExperience in effectively and persuasively articulating complex issues to key decision makersDemonstrated ability to work across diverse cultural, social, political boundaries

Key Competencies Requirements:

Understanding the legislation applicable to pricing, reimbursement and HEORUnderstanding of the current healthcare system in Romania including market access from NHIH down to the hospitalsUnderstanding of Bristol-Myers Squibb products and its priority business objectivesMastery of verbal and written communication skillsPC knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe)English language knowledge (spoken and written)

PV responsibilities:

Promptly report knowledge (initial or follow-up) of any adverse event associated with a BMS product within 24 hours or one business day of becoming aware of the event, in accordance with BMS Company procedures.

This fixed-term role is meant as maternity cover lasting from 16 up to 28 months.
