Senior Manager, Planning

Coordinates all activities related to the procurement of parts, materials, and supplies, to support the efficient operation of the company.

§Coordinates all activities related to procurement of material beginning with intent to purchase through delivery.

§Reviews proposals, negotiates prices, selects, or recommends suppliers, analyzes trends, follows up on orders placed, confirms delivery, and maintains necessary records.

§Monitors minimum/maximum levels of inventory and supplies to assure optimum on hand quantities to support repair, and new business needs.

§Communicates with shop, engineering, accounting, inspection, shipping/receiving, finance and customer service personnel.

§Performs other duties as assigned.

Pursuant to International Traffic Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) and the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”), applicants for SELECT positions will be required to provide proof of U.S. Citizenship, U.S. Permanent Residence, or U.S. Immigration Status in order to meet the minimum qualifications for those select positions.
