Job Description

To develop, shape and lead the Performance Marketing strategy for the Business unit by working closely with the relevant Business Unit Heads and their teams to drive delivery against lead generation and sales targets through precise targeting, tracking and optimisation to ensure campaigns are cost-effective and results driven. To shape the Digital Media Management strategy, to ensure that paid media ads are placed on the right platforms, at the right times, in front of the right audiences to maximise ROI for the BU.

Deep understanding of performance marketing channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, affiliate marketing, and programmatic advertising.

Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with overall business goals

Experience in planning, buying, and optimising digital media across multiple channels, ensuring they work together cohesively as part of an integrated marketing strategy

8-10 years
Expertise in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and the use of advanced targeting and segmentation strategies to enhance campaign performance

8-10 years
Proven ability to manage large, complex budgets effectively, ensuring that marketing spend is optimised for maximum ROI across various digital channels

8-10 years
Proven experience in leading and developing teams, including performance marketers and media specialist. Ability to foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture
