Job Summary :

The Senior Manager, Patient Recruitment and Retention within Walgreens RWE Clinical Trials business will be responsible to oversee and manage patient recruitment and retention programs with biopharmaceutical companies (Sponsor) including participating in pre sales activities, contracting, and ensuring the recruitment program meets contractual requirements in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and practices. The role of the Senior Manager, Patient Recruitment and Retention is focused on recruitment project delivery, productivity, and quality to ensure strong customer and patient satisfaction for outreach and retention campaigns.

Job Responsibilities :Lead and manage team of patient recruitment specialists for awarded patient recruitment and retention projects and will be accountable for the development of patient recruitment and retention tactics and strategies appropriate to the individual study needs and in alignment with sponsor requirements.Oversees teams project activities, completion of deliverables in alignment with overall recruitment program strategy considering impact to risks/risk mitigation, budget, effort estimates and schedule.In addition to overseeing team, may be assigned to be the patient recruitment lead for specific studies.Serves as the point of contact for the Sponsor and other functional team members for the assigned recruitment projectLeads bid defense preparations and presentations in partnership with the Business and Commercial teamsLeads activities across numerous functions to meet the objectives of multiple recruitment programs including scope, budget, and scheduleEstablishes and maintain project documentation and proceduresDevelops risk mitigation plans including appropriate communication and escalation plans to mitigate riskCollaborates closely with other core team leaders within the Clinical Trials businessDemonstrates the ability to proactively identify solutions to improve existing business processesUnderstands and maintains compliance with internal and external privacy and legalManages the recruitment project finances in accordance with the customer contract and the budget, working closely with the Director of Patient Recruitment and Retention, RWE Clinical Trials and FinanceIdentifies changes in scope and manages the change control processDemonstrate the understanding of recruiting diverse patients into studiesProvide line management and leadership of all assigned patient recruitment leads and/or specialists within their Patient Recruitment team.#LI-TO1
