The Customer Experience team focuses across 4 departments including, Marketing, Creative, Communications, and our Loyalty & CRM team. About the Job As a key leader on the Integrated Marketing team, the Senior Manager, Partner Marketing is focused on creating and implementing custom omni-channel marketing initiatives in collaboration with partner brands to drive customer acquisition and retention, capitalizing on key growth opportunities. This high visibility role will blend brand, marketing and partner strategy development, playing a key role both within our marketing team and in partnership with cross-functional groups responsible for partner brand interaction and activation. The ideal candidate will have a strategic marketing background, with experience delivering successful initiatives for brands or categories with a diverse product portfolio. This role will report to the Senior Director, Brand and Product Marketing. What You’ll Do: Lead creation, sell in and execution of unique omni-channel, consumer insight-led marketing programs that leverage our first party data, build community, bring new customers to PetSmart, deliver on our brand equity and create value for both PetSmart stakeholders and the brands who participate in our brand marketing plans Support the Senior Director, Brand and Product Marketing as a key marketing point-of-contact for the vendor and terms planning process, interacting with leaders at multiple levels throughout the organization Lead content production shoots in coordination with partner brands and creative agencies Actively partner with highly strategic JBP vendor partners, who will view you as their marketing leader within the PetSmart team Translate complex data and insights into scalable opportunities Partner with key cross-functional teams across Customer Experience, Merchandising and Digital Lead a cross-functional group that will be developing and executing programs for partner brands What You Need: 7+ years of marketing experience in a retail, agency or CPG environment, developing comprehensive strategic marketing plans Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree is a plus Track record of delivering successful and innovative marketing initiatives that drive results and create affinity for your company/brand Ability to create go-to-market programs using digital media and data-driven insights Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills, with a keen attention to detail Exceptional ability to convince and influence at multiple levels Proven solutions-oriented mindset Ability to create effective internal and external partnerships across the organization A love of pets (of course!)
