What We Are Looking For:
We are currently seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics to join our Homes.com Marketing team based in Richmond, VA. As Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics, you will be responsible for managing all B2C and B2B performance analysis, reporting and data storytelling across paid, owned and earned marketing channels.
Responsibilities:
Oversees full-funnel marketing measurement framework including brand health tracking, web visitation, lead generation, online conversion, retention metrics and social sentiment. Actively identifies data sources with cross discipline collaboration, helping to further inform marketing analysis. Provides actionable overall market and customer data and insights to guide strategic planning. Responsible for analyzing data from marketing campaigns across various platforms to identify trends, optimize campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to maximize ROI, focusing on metrics like conversions, website visits, and cost per acquisition efficiency. Manages the tracking, reporting, and analyzing of the performance of paid, owned, and earned marketing activities, ad-hoc analytic requests, and development/automation of regular reports. Analyzes A/B and Multi-variate tests, communicate results and provide recommendations. Creates presentations to provide market and consumer insights to marketing, product and sales departments. Advises other marketing functions (e-commerce/website, online/offline advertising, brand, product development) as the knowledge owner for customer and market data. Utilize attribution models to accurately measure the impact of different marketing channels on conversions.Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, data science, business analytics or similar discipline from an accredited, not-for-profit university. A track record of commitment to prior employers. 10+ years of relevant marketing analytics experience with known B2C and B2B brand(s), preferably in the residential real estate and/or technology industries. (Brands with digital-first ecosystems.) Proficiency in analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other marketing technology tools. Expertise in managing data from advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau. Previous management of marketing attribution platforms (i.e., MMM) and/or brand health tracking surveys. At least 5 years of people management experience, leading a team of 2 analystsKnowledge, Skills, And Abilities:
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to effectively explain marketing efficacy to non-marketing executives and colleagues with data storytelling. Experience developing custom reporting templates and adapting causation and correlation marketing analysis into digestible formats. Previous marketing analytics within a brand or advertising agency a plus. Organized with a strong attention to detail, knows how to prioritize and effectively manage multiple projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Team player who is collaborative, positive, and proactive with constructive attitude towards problem solving. Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentation skills.What’s In It For You:
