About The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics, Planning, and Business Operations to join our Marketing Operations Team. This role will lead marketing planning, analytics, and strategic initiatives while managing a remote team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations & Analytics, this position blends hands-on data analysis with leadership and collaboration across marketing, sales, and finance.

This is a fully remote opportunity. 

The ideal candidate will have 5-7+ years of experience in marketing operations, business planning, and strategic analytics. They should excel in developing data-driven insights, aligning marketing and sales strategies, and executing projects focused on measurable business outcomes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Leadership:

Drive marketing strategy and business planning to align with corporate goals. Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), analyzing campaign performance and pipeline metrics. Oversee the strategic execution of marketing operations, balancing high-level decision-making with detailed analytics and planning. Collaborate with Sales Operations to optimize lead management and align marketing initiatives with business growth.

Metrics & Financial Models:

Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, demand forecasting, and marketing ROI. Lead the creation of a marketing scorecard to track key KPIs, such as awareness and demand generation. Apply analytics to address business challenges and guide strategic improvements.

Team Leadership:

Manage and mentor a remote team, overseeing dashboards, marketing reports, and performance metrics. Foster an agile work culture, optimizing team performance while maintaining a hands-on leadership approach.

Cross-functional Alignment:

Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Finance to ensure alignment on goals and performance tracking. Present insights to senior leadership, connecting marketing activities to business objectives.

 

Sample Projects:

Develop dashboards to track marketing funnel and lead flow. Build financial models for cost-per-lead (CPL) and pipeline forecasting. Analyze campaign performance to identify the most effective strategies. Create a holistic marketing scorecard to track awareness, demand generation, and product enablement. About You 5-7+ years in business planning, marketing analytics, or strategy, ideally in a B2B environment. Strong experience in consulting or strategic analytics. Proven track record in managing marketing funnels, lead management, and performance metrics. Strong analytical and financial modeling abilities. Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Sigma. Hands-on leadership style with strong communication and presentation skills. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

 

The selection process will include a case challenge and an analytical exercise for final candidates.

 

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $200,000 + bonus.
