We have an opportunity for a Senior Manager, Learning and Development Leader to join our Golden Valley, MN team. You will own a portfolio of learning and development programs, including the launch of our new enterprise-wide onboarding program. This role will report to the Senior Director of Talent Management, Learning, Culture, and DEI.
You will:
Owning a portfolio of Leadership Development programs to advance our development culture.End- to-end development programming including instructional design, stakeholder management, facilitation, consultation, vendor management, measurement, and program administration.Developing, managing, and facilitating Pentair’s new enterprise-wide Onboarding programming, including a solution for global non-US employees.Partnering in the strategy, design, and delivery of other enterprise programs across global locationsProviding critical analytics to assess the effectiveness of programming to help inform content adjustments as well as identifying opportunities to streamline, simplify and improve leaner/participant experiences and processes.Supporting and exploring sustainable, innovative, and inclusive learning solutions by ensuring learning is connected to organizational goals that support the business and based on the audience and learning need. Advocating for and supporting a culture of development that is in service of our employee experience and leadership pipeline.Leveraging strong project management skills, including facilitating alignment and decision making to fulfill the program vision and to create stakeholder buy-in.Managing and coordinating key stakeholder communications including program scheduling, logistics, training objectives, pre-work requirements, and program evaluations to deliver a world-class learning experience for employees.Setting and tracking budgets and contractsOwning of our internal development webpage (inclusive of revamping, and ensuring continuous usage)Researching internal and external evidence-based solutions to incorporate into the learning.Writing video scripts, storyboard content, build video, and edit video in Vyond, or another similar video platform to embed as one component within learning programs.Working closely with and providing work direction to the Talent Development Lead and summer Learning and Development intern.Key Qualifications:
Master’s degree in leadership and management, Organizational Development, or HR (or related field) preferred.Bachelor’s degree in management, Human Resources, or related fieldHave 7+ years of relevant work experience.3 + years of training, education, and development experience with a deep understanding of training tools for a variety of courses, delivery methods, and with global audiences.5 + years of experience facilitating to various levels within an organization (executive, management, individual contributor, and line-level).Experience with instructional design and using learning authoring and video tools such as Articulate 360- Storyline, Vyond, Adobe Premier, etc.Experience managing within virtual training environments, and with global audiences.Experience in professional facilitation and presentation to large groups.Compensation:
For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated annualized base pay range will be from $128500 - $238600 / year. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
This position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as, annual incentive bonus.
