In this critical role for the Technology Services team, you will manage multiple complex projects that span the technical spectrum. Effectively communicate with all stakeholders to ensure success.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex technology projects (Infrastructure upgrades, end of life hardware and software remediations, virtualization, Vulnerability management) for on-time, on-budget and in-spec delivery. Develop project scope, objectives, deliverables and plan in alignment with project objectives. Developed detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocations. Rally teams and project contributors to ensure their tasks are completed on time. Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members. Perform strategy assessment and review. Review the incoming projects with the stakeholders and estimate resource delivery based on resource availability and scope. Ensure the project adheres to organizational policies, procedures, and compliance. Weekly status report of all in-flight projects with the actual /target % complete, roadblocks, help needed, escalations, and others.Role Requirements
10+ years of technical project management experience with a demonstrated track record leading full life cycle technology projects. Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or project management. Equivalent experience in place of degree is acceptable. Responsible for the planning and execution of technology projects, reviewing and fully understanding all project and business requirements, directing staff as well as coordinating across functions internally and externally to ensure on-time, on-budget, and in-spec delivery of projects. Advanced knowledge of business concepts and principles associated with project forecasts and costs. Strong analytical, organizational, effective communication, problem solving skills are required. Team player and leader with proven ability to lead and develop effective cross-functional teams to success. Proficient in Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools (IPCS Primavera P6, ERP IFMS). Experience with Jira is a plus. Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Agile Certifications are a plus.We make financial services accessible to humans everywhere. Join us for what’s next.

Salary
The base salary range is $130,000 – $160,000 USD per year. Total on target compensation includes a base salary and short-term (15% of base) and long-term (5% of base) incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
