As the Senior Manager GTM IT Solutions, you will lead strategic transformation initiatives to optimize business applications and drive top-line growth. This role requires strong product management expertise, stakeholder collaboration, and agile delivery skills to ensure scalable and efficient technology solutions.
What you will do:
Strategic Vision & Roadmap Development: Define and execute a multi-year roadmap for enterprise applications, aligning with business objectives and emerging technology trends.Transformation Leadership: Lead large-scale application transformation initiatives from inception to implementation, ensuring measurable business impact.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with executive leadership, IT, and cross-functional teams to understand business needs, define requirements, and ensure successful solution deployment.Product Ownership & Agile Delivery: Own and prioritize the product backlog for Quote-to-Cash and related applications, ensuring clarity of business requirements and alignment with company goals.Change Management & Adoption: Develop change management strategies to drive user adoption, ensuring a smooth transition to new applications and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Cross-functional Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing team of Business System Analysts, fostering innovation and execution excellence.What you will need:
10+ years in Product Management, Business Applications, and Program Delivery, with 5+ years in a leadership role.Expertise in SaaS business applications, including Salesforce CPQ, Apttus/Conga CPQ, NetSuite.Deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes, including CPQ, Billing, and Revenue Recognition.Strong strategic mindset with the ability to define roadmaps, drive transformation, and execute at scale.Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and align technology solutions with business needs.Agile methodology experience with a bias for action, adaptability, and data-driven decision-making.Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of driving collaboration across teams.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred)What you will gain at Intapp:

Your actual base salary will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, geographic location, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, variable compensation and equity may also be included.
