What you will do:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager, International Logistics to join our team. This role is crucial in managing all aspects of our international warehouse operations, ensuring the highest standards in quality, delivery, budget adherence, on-time delivery, new product implementation, capacity management, forecasting, and acquisition integration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in logistics and warehouse management, with a strong focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Provide leadership, coaching, and professional development for team members and logistics partners (3PL)

Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics

Identify and eliminate inefficiencies within warehouse processes

Implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve operational productivity and accuracy

Utilize data and metrics to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products

Address and resolve any issues related to order discrepancies or delays

Maintain a customer-focused approach in all warehouse operations to support overall business objectives

What you need:

Bachelor’s Degree -required

10 years of relevant leadership experience the one or more of the following areas:  trade regulations, logistics, operations and project management, 3PL, and international shipping -required

Experience with Warehouse Management Systems -required

Proven ability with Experience in the Medical Device industry or comparable industry “preferred”

Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint experience “preferred”

Travel Percentage: 10%
