We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Manager, Insurance Partnerships.

Principal Responsibilities

Support the Global Head of Insurance Partnerships to develop and execute partnerships strategies that align with the business goals and objectives of HSBC and our insurance partners. Ensure alignment with WPB, CMB and GPB plans and prioritiesIdentify, evaluate and pursue partnerships opportunities to expand our portfolio of servicesAct as the primary point of contact for all partnerships-related inquiries and issues, and advocate with local, regional, and global stakeholders in Insurance and in the BankBuild and maintain strong relationships with our strategic product partners, leveraging our joint strengths and capabilitiesWork closely with respective countries to ensure that insurance partnerships remain a relevant and priority business lineSupport the Regional Steering Committees to ensure delivery of business plan, optimize the partnerships through leveraging each other’s strengths, resolve any critical outstanding items, and ensure proper decision-making, escalation and governance of the partnershipCollaborate with peers in Group Insurance Distribution, Customer Marketing teams to ensure:Sales model processes are optimized, compensation/incentive schemes are aligned, sales quality is maintainedThe partnership business is appropriately prioritized in the business, is reflected in business plans and priorities, and plans are being executed effectively and any partnership issues are being appropriately escalated and managedTo drive product development and ongoing product management of their respective region’s product portfolio. Ensure appropriate prioritization and development timelines to meet business goals and objectivesSupport the Global Head of Insurance Partnerships in active participation in key strategic projects in respective countriesSupport for execution of partner requests, corporate program execution, internal communications and global virtual partnerships team developmentEstablish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track and measure the success of partnerships, and regularly report on progress to senior management and other relevant stakeholdersManage the annual planning process for insurance partnerships including Financial Resource Plan (FRP) and Value Stream Interlock Process (VSIP)
