\nReporting into our Greater China & Mongolia Brand Management team, this position supports the Home2 Suites China Master License Agreement (MLA) business model partnership, which represents one of our largest and fastest growing portfolios in Asia Pacific.

You will collaborate with Senior Brand leaders, MLA partners, and internal stakeholders to enhance education, adoption, engagement, and compliance of enterprise and brand initiatives and standards while executing brand strategies and priorities, driving business value across the product lifecycle, and supporting MLA above-property leaders in utilizing Hilton’s resources to optimize revenue, quality, guest satisfaction, and brand goals.

As Senior Manager, you will be the brand expert in China, integrating efforts across both organizations and leading working group level negotiations. The role requires experience in a dynamic global environment, a strong attention to detail, creativity, entrepreneurial thinking, and the ability to effectively represent the brand.

Position Summary:
\nThe Senior Manager, Home2 Suites China Brand Management is responsible for:
\nThe Senior Manager will support brand management activities for the Home2 Suites by Hilton brand in China, focusing on maintaining brand health, coordinating with operational and functional teams, facilitating training, managing reports and analysis, overseeing projects and change initiatives, and implementing enterprise and brand strategies.
\nSupporting Strategy
\n· Ensuring the business has the correct focus, delivers the right level of profitability, and long-term brand equity. Adapt the brands’ value proposition, operating model, product – including prototype and programming – to reflect the needs of guests, owners, and operating contexts in the region, while maintaining differentiated swim lanes relative to other Hilton brands and competitors.
\n· Supports Brand Management leadership in developing short and long-term strategies and priorities for the brand through an annual planning process, coordinates the development and approval of the annual program fund budget with agreement across the various organizations and teams.
\n· Ability to think strategically, with the know-how to deliver at the brand, regional, and property level.
\nStakeholder Liaison & Support
\n· Serve as the primary contact for MLA above-property working teams.
\n· Serves as the main point of escalation through a proven solutions-based mindset and comfort in navigating difficult discussions, ability to effectively address issues in collaboration with others as appropriate; ability to proactively identify and prevent potential problems; navigate and influence decision makers in a highly matrixed environment; establish and grow strong partnerships and build consensus with diverse, cross-functional collaborators globally.
\n· Develop strong, positive relationships both internally and externally, gather feedback, addresses concerns, and cultivate enthusiasm for the brand and support for enterprise and brand initiatives.
\n· Representing, promoting, and building excitement for the brand to a broad range of external and internal stakeholders to include owners, guests, and colleagues.

Executing for Results
\n· Monitors holistic regional brand health and drives performance against KPIs by liaising across the enterprise and with the MLA partner to develop strategies and tactics for trending portfolio opportunities.
\n· Develops and leads project plans against short and long-term strategies. Working closely with various workstreams to ensure timely progress.
\n· Proactively manages and executes day-to-day activities for enterprise and brand initiatives including localization, implementing change management processes such as development of resources and facilitation of education and other engagement opportunities to ensure high levels of adoption.
\n· Completes timely account governance including reporting, dashboards, meeting facilitation, and analysis.
\n· Supports the brand in region with compliance to the terms of their agreement and ensures resolution including good financial standing, properly executing an approved Quality Assurance program, adherence to approved Brand Standards, and a reasonable waiver process.

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
\n· Five (5)+ years of professional experience
\n· Three (3) + years of hospitality experience, preferably within the Chinese market; domestic brand experience a plus
