**Your day at NTT DATA**
The Senior Manager GTM Support Services is a leadership role responsible for the business development of support and maintenance services, the local Go To Market strategy of these services, as well as all related pre-sales activities. This role focuses on developing the service offerings, articulating them within NTT DATA and to clients and prospects, managing the service design team responsible for responding to clients requests and renewing key contracts.
**What you'll be doing**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead the Service Design team, including task allocation, hierarchical management, and oversight of the team's work.
+ Lead the transformation and evolution of the team to address transformation challenges
+ Work closely with the GTM Software team to ensure alignment of activities and objectives.
+ Manage the development and articulation of support and maintenance service offerings, ensuring they align with market needs and client expectations.
+ Interface with NTT Group & Europe to understand and complement group offerings for the French market, creating a cohesive NTT France offering.
+ Collaborate with NTT Group & Europe and the sales force to define target clients and develop pitches for these targets.
+ Ensure service offerings presentation to clients through the team and personally.
+ Prepare collateral materials for service offerings with the team.
+ Train sales and pre-sales teams on maintenance and support service offerings.
+ Develop specific pricing models for client contexts (e.g., spare parts, partial reassurance, third-party usage) in collaboration with the team.
+ Participate in key proposal defenses as the business development lead for maintenance and support.
+ Oversee the pre-sales process, ensuring the team responds effectively to RFPs and adds value in governance areas (SDM, TAM).
+ Ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales, coordinating with the delivery team to ensure proposed models are feasible.
+ Manage the development of the "Service Description" sections of maintenance contracts with the team.
+ Oversee financial reporting (ACV) and revenue forecasts, and participate in the development of maintenance budgets.
+ Report to NTT Group & Europe on performance and progress.
**Knowledge and Skills:**
+ Strong business and commercial orientation with an interest in technology.
+ In-depth knowledge of support services, IT service management (ITSM), and industry best practices.
+ Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
+ Exceptional leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
+ Strong collaboration skills and the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
+ Ability to present technical and complex matters to a diverse audience.
+ Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) practices is desirable.
**Academic Qualifications and Certifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ ITIL certification is desirable.
**Required Experience:**
+ Significant experience in service performance and client service delivery within a large-scale (preferably multinational) technology services environment.
+ Experience in managing technical operations teams across various domains, including data center, networking, security, workplace, and communications.
+ Experience in managing global enterprise client outsourcing projects.
+ Vendor management experience.
+ Experience in support services delivery, including technical and service management exposure.
