**Job Description:**
CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Manager of Global Project Delivery Processes and Systems. This individual manages the development, enhancement and implementation of enterprise-wide project delivery standards, tools, and processes.
Responsibilities include:
• Assesses project reporting and planning processes and recommends actions to improve efficiency.
• Interfaces with the firm’s technology groups to lead the identification and implementation of improvements to the current and future tools and processes. Partners with business unit and delivery leadership to assess project performance, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Works closely with leadership to align delivery capabilities with business needs and growth. Engages and collaborates with functional leaders to ensure that assessment and requirements-gathering activities are validated with stakeholder input.
• Ensures approved Global Delivery Excellence Framework (GDEF) methodologies, tools, and best practices are followed to align with business objectives and compliance standards.
• Collaborates cross-functionally to support successful project execution, enable governance, and continuously improve delivery capabilities.
• Provides updates to GDEF training programs for project managers on delivery methodologies, processes and tools.
• Leads the development of analytics platforms for project performance tracking. Defines, enhances and maintains KPIs, dashboards, and metrics to drive insights, efficiency, and continuous improvement across project portfolios.
• Conducts root cause analyses and trend forecasting for strategic insights.
• Develops executive-level reporting highlighting delivery status, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Manages the day-to-day activity of staff. Provides feedback on performance issues appraisals. Manages the development and training of staff. Approves paid time off (PTO) requests and ensures human resources policies are followed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

**Minimum Qualifications:**
• Bachelor's degree.
• 12 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a college degree.
Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands.

**Background Check and Drug Testing Information:**

**Pay Range Minimum:**
$155,730
**Pay Range Maximum:**
$272,542
**Additional Compensation:**
All bonuses at CDM Smith are discretionary and may or may not apply to this position.
