JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a Senior Manager, Global FP&A will lead the delivery of insightful analytics from each BU, driving the development and review of KPIs to support global and BU-specific growth and operational goals. This role will support the commercial budgeting and reforecasting processes, enhance monthly Board reporting packages, and collaborate with BU FP&A and Commercial teams to advance profitable growth and strategic initiatives. Additionally, the Manager will ensure high-quality financial analysis, maintain data integrity, implement process improvements, and provide decision-making support. A key focus will also include managing integration projects, particularly tracking and reporting acquisition synergies to ensure value realization. YOU ARE A Curious Finance Leader. You will develop a deep understanding of business drivers and KPIs related to Gross Profit, OpEx, EBITDA, and Cash Flow, providing financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning. You will also monitor financial performance, offer insights to optimize profitability, and assist with Board reporting, while collaborating with the PowerBI team to enhance analytical reporting. Passionate about FP&A. You will support the development of financial forecasts, budgets, and plans while monitoring departmental performance against targets. You will partner with commercial teams to drive profitable growth and provide financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives. Driven by Operational Excellence . You will identify and implement opportunities to enhance financial processes, controls, and systems while driving continuous improvement in FP&A. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that support business strategy and ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements. A Collaborative Professional. You will ensure business units provide consistent monthly and periodic analytical information to support results and variances. You will also lead integration projects, track acquisition synergies, and partner with global financial teams to provide guidance and support PIP requirements. REQUIRED SKILLS FOR SUCCESS + Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. + Minimum of 7+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, internal reporting, or a related role. + Strong proficiency in financial modeling, PowerBI, Excel, and financial reporting software (such as Planful). Experience with ERP systems is beneficial. + Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, creative thinking, with the capability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to senior management and stakeholders. + Ability to see the global scope of business operations, coupled with sound business acumen. + Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven ability to communicate and influence across multiple levels of the organization. + Ability to manage multiple projects, meet timelines, and build relationships in a global organization. + A proven self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly. + High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial analysis and reporting.
