ModMed is hiring a driven Senior Manager, Digital Business for IT and Application Resources in India will be responsible for leading and managing all IT and application teams at our India site. This role will ensure the effective delivery of IT services, alignment with global IT strategies, and the successful execution of local IT projects. This role will report to the Digital Business Vice President and work closely with the regional leaders, providing strategic and operational leadership to drive technological excellence.

Your Role:

Lead and manage the IT and application resources at the India site, ensuring alignment with global IT and business strategies. Ensure the successful delivery of local IT projects, meeting quality, scope, and timeline requirements. Collaborate with global and regional IT teams to ensure consistent application of IT standards, policies, and best practices. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the IT and application teams. Manage and optimize the IT budget for the India site, ensuring cost-effective solutions and value for money. Develop and mentor local IT talent, promoting professional growth and skill development within the team. Act as the primary point of contact for all IT-related matters at the India site, ensuring timely and effective communication with global and regional leadership. Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, vendors, and partners.

Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role, preferably in a global or multinational organization. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, applications, and digital transformation initiatives. Demonstrated ability to manage and lead cross-functional IT teams in a matrixed organization. Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience with budget management and cost optimization. Knowledge of IT governance, risk management, and compliance. Understanding of the local IT landscape and regulatory environment in India.
