Colonial transports approximately 45 percent of all fuel consumed on the East Coast, providing refined products to more than 50 million Americans. **About the Senior Manager, Damage Prevention and Land Management Position** As the Senior Manager of Damage Prevention and Land Management you will be responsible for the leading the company’s Damage Prevention Program and managing the company’s Land Management Team and Public Awareness Manager. In this role you will serve as the owner for the SIPM ROW Program and SIPM ROW Geohazard Program and be responsible for developing long-term program strategies and year-to-year project plans. The Senior Manager of Damage Prevention and Land Management will be accountable for the financial performance and execution effectiveness of projects as well as budget management and operational efficiency. **What You Get to Do:** + Manage processes for the upkeep, renewal, and record digitization of ROW easements, leases, and other similar obligations. + Ensure the efficient and effective upkeep of a land record repository, retrieval, search, and reporting system. + Serve as SIPM Program owner for ROW Programs and ROW Geohazards and ensure effective management of SIPM projects. + Develop, maintain, and continuously improve a Side trimming and Reclaiming strategy and develop priorities. + Lead and support the Public Awareness Program Manager to ensure that Colonial’s Public Awareness program is aligned with regulations, industry best practices, and company goals. + Drive continuous evaluation and improvement of the program as necessary for Colonial’s goals. + Ensure that processes for financial management (budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting) are adequate and followed. + Maintain government contacts and attend forums/seminars/workshops related to Damage Prevention and Land Management. **What You Bring to the Table:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering from an accredited college or university; will consider a combination of experience and/ or education. + Ideally, 10+ years of operations or business experience in pipeline operations, right of way/land management, or related industry experience. + Ideally, 3+ years of people management experience. + Ability to travel up to 30% of the time. + Solid knowledge of real property transactions, easements, and permits. + Familiarity with regulatory requirements: i.e., knowledge of DOT 195 (PHMSA) regulations, and state environmental and pipeline safety regulations _._ + Commitment to consistently adhere to policies and procedures and be a positive example for others by demonstrating the Company’s core values of Respect, Accountability, Innovation, Safety, and Excellence in completing work assignments. + Self-motivated, have phenomenal work ethic and looking for the right company to support your growth. **Got Extra to Bring?** + Masters’ degree in Business Administration from an accredited college or university. + Ideally, 15+ years of operations or business experience in pipeline operations or related industry experience if no degree. + Prior experience at Colonial Pipeline or in the pipeline industry. **Advantages of Working at Colonial Pipeline Company:** Getting to work for a company that helps to meet our county’s energy needs and keeps us moving!
