Senior Manager, Corporate Transition Services
Job Description:

The Team

The Corporate Transition Services team, CTS, within Lifetime Engagement is seeking a Sr. Manager responsible for planning, managing and leading corporate action events to successful completion.  Associate with have ownership of assigned corporate action events for Fidelity’s existing 401k, 403b and pension clients ensuring flawless execution. Also expected to make significant contributions to multiple key initiatives and workstreams prioritized by the cross-company Business Council.

The candidate will be part of a team and learn how to effectively lead events from opportunity assessment through rollout and execution. This includes the coordination of high-impact engagement programs across the Fidelity ecosystem designed to deliver excellence in education and planning. With experience, will use your influencing skills and data driven insights to build plan sponsor advocacy enabling more participants to realize the value of Fidelity’s full offering.

The Expertise You Have

Utilizing excellent organizational and project management skills, relationship building, and superior communications, the ideal candidate will have the ability to develop presentations for plan sponsors, internal key stakeholders and executives. Quickly learn how to execute engagement programs that result in high satisfaction for participants and plan sponsors. Working to maximize participant engagement that uncovers planning needs, driving appropriate referrals to Fidelity’s live and digital channels. 

Bachelor’s degree requiredSeries 7, 63 Licenses required, Series 24 desirable.5+ years industry experience with extensive knowledge of workplace retirement and plan sponsors.Strong Fidelity network and knowledge of Wealth distribution, brokerage and digital channels desired.Project management experience required.

Key Job Functions

Planning, Strategy and ExecutionDevelop and update detailed action plans for events where Fidelity is the DC, DB or SPS recordkeeper (Early Retirement, Voluntary separation, RIFs, site closings, Pension Derisking, Plan Terminations, deconversions, plan terminations)Develop deep understanding of existing offerings and processes, with the ability to make recommendations on how to drive high quality engagement leading to planning interactions for impacted participants. Serve as SME for MD’s and client teams to consult on corporate action opportunity development or support.Oversee completion of deliverables with business partners in marketing, operations, legal, CKC, and relationship management. Gather insights and effectiveness measures for each strategic opportunity.Opportunity Assessment Conduct and / or coordinate the opportunity qualification and evaluation (can include some data analysis)Coordinate and communicate our offering, event results, make recommendations to key stakeholders and making asks to accelerate engagement.Document successes and lessons learned to build advocacy. Highlight event execution which showcases the value created through our programs.Work with team and stakeholders to scope and develop processes and program improvements that improve and enhance our offering and extend corporate action support services.Program Management, Learning and DevelopmentDevelop, track and manage the event pipeline for all upcoming actions. Follow up regularly with business partners (MDs, CCs, SDL’s, Wealth and brokerage leaders) on open and closed opportunities to ensure proper measurement and seamless execution and effectiveness of tactics deployed. Present event and status to broad set of business partners.Curate best practices from learnings innovative approach to driving engagement and planning.Support the Lifetime Engagement tribe and partners on execution of tests and experiments and other initiatives.
