You will work within an ambitious and collaborative environment, leading a dedicated team to drive outstanding results using our Practical Process Improvement (PPI) Business System. **Job Responsibilities** + Direct and team up with functional groups to improve processes, enhance customer experience, and cultivate a committed culture. + Support the design and implementation of the Transformation program, identifying and prioritizing activities that impact processes to achieve world-class levels. + Drive impactful results directly linked to leadership key performance indicators, going beyond simple problem-solving and project management. + Improve decision-making models and problem-solving capabilities within teams to increase autonomy and accelerate change. + Coach, mentor, and partner with senior leadership teams and customers to drive cultural, behavioral, and capability changes through continuous improvement. + Collaborate with controls and compliance teams to craft and implement master data governance across end-to-end processes. + Partner with Global Process Owners on enabling technologies and the Technology Roadmap, ensuring priorities are successfully implemented. + Lead a team with a focus on continuous improvement, efficiency, and flawless delivery of transactions. **Knowledge, Skills, Abilities** + A passion for driving improvement and leading change in a matrixed, global environment. + Strong social skills and the ability to connect with and positively influence leadership at all levels of the organization. + Extensive experience and a proven hands-on track record of implementing successful year-over-year results using metric-based methods and TPS-based business systems. + Expertise in Lean Leadership, Strategy Deployment, and efficient processes such as value-stream mapping and error-proofing. + Proficiency in PMO and Program Management Governance. + Strong problem-solving skills with a formal program/process application. **Experience** + Demonstrated success in developing and training high-performing teams. + Self-directed leader capable of influencing across and up within the organization without direct reporting responsibility. + Understanding standard methodologies in finance, commercial, talent/succession management, and legal processes. + Proven ability to guide leaders in establishing a self-sustaining PPI network. + Experienced in leading and motivating teams to drive continuous improvement. **Education** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, science, operations, or business, with proven operational, leadership, or professional experience. + Lean Six Sigma Certification. + Accounting/Finance certification or an equivalent combination of related experience.
