Senior/Manager, AP Regional Procurement Office

Job Summary: 

RPO Senior Manager is a supply chain professional specialized in ensuring cost-effective purchase of all materials required by the procurement plan whilst ensuring compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures. 

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers Work with related vendors on forecasting, capacity, PO status, Vendor site Safety Stock, level loading Conduct professional and effective RFQ rounds, analyze responses and drive the negotiation process Review and approve material forecasting and PO Work with each plant to management supplier inventory  Guide buyer to maintain purchasing parameter in Oracle & I-supply Communication with plant material managers and MPS to monitor material forecast accuracy, work on with supplier to adjust stock plan in time Responsible for department KPI- PO on time; material shortage; vendor OTD, supplier forecast. Manage on team members’ performance, training, development and morale.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor’s degree or above in manufacturing or supply Chain management 5 years+ manufacturing plant working experience as leader role in either supply chain or operations Excellent negotiation skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interaction at all levels of the organization Experience in ERP, preferred Oracle Fluent in English, both oral and written 

 

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

APICS-CPIM or ISM-CPSM preferred
