Senior Manager, Aftermarket Service Engineering (Hybrid)

This position requires a highly motivated individual to lead the Power & Controls Electric Power Systems (EPS) service engineering team (12-15 individuals) in technical support of our fielded products and systems. Candidate must drive the team to develop effective technical support solutions with strong ability to communicate at all levels (executive to technician) both internally and externally. This senior service engineering leader acts as a "Voice of the Aftermarket Customer" for promoting positive change to our products and processes at all stages of the lifecycle. The service engineering department is responsible for technical support of fielded products and systems, identifying and escalating emerging product issues to the business, ensuring maintenance documentation is technically accurate, and providing customer training on our systems and products. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
