Our client is searching for a Senior Loss Adjuster who will be managing a portfolio of commercial material damage / business interruption and major/complex losses while managing the domestic team in line with the company objectives and goals given the assistance of loss adjusters and support staff The job is based at the clients Dubai offices including and not limited to other claims within UAE and across other branches
Duties and Responsibilities
Operating and utilizing claim portfolio streamline workflow by leading the engineering assignments
Quantifying damages and/or losses within the terms of the insurance policy
Determine the appropriate scope of damage evolution in relevance to the claim
Qualify and verify all claims for supplemental damages to ensure reliability of the fair value
Adhere to the company guidelines and compliance standards in claims practices reporting and claim assessment reporting
Validating and verifying the amounts being claimed and providing principles with an opinion on policy nature and extent of terms

Skills
Analytical skills the adjuster must look at the damages and losses in the claim and be able to successfully determine the results of the assessment Thus the analytical skills to evaluate the different facets of information of each claim handled must be profound
Communication the ability to communicate with claimants interview potential witnesses speak with police officers and field experts is a must Further the reporting skills must be detailed and clear in order to have a clear damage determine results
Technical skills Candidates must have the ability to examine elements of contract site and/or field and managerial experience
Qualification & Requirements
Bachelors Degree in a technical or professional discipline eg Law Engineering Insurance
Insurance qualification background and experiences is compulsory
Minimum of 7 years managerial experience and 10 years commercial adjusting experience
Drivers License
High Proficiency in English
