Senior Logistics Analyst

As a Senior Logistics Analyst here at\nHoneywell, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the end-to-end logistics\noperations within the Energy & Sustainability Solutions (ESS) business\nunit.

 

You will be responsible for coordinating transportation, warehousing, and\ninventory management to ensure efficient supply chain operations and give\nHoneywell a competitive edge in the market. With your expertise in logistics\nmanagement and strong analytical skills, you will develop strategies to\noptimize cost, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Your ability to\ncollaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with regulations\nwill contribute to the success of our logistics operations. You will report\ndirectly to our Sr Logistics Manager and you'll work out of our Monterrey, MX\nlocation on a [3+ Days on site and Flexibility 1or 2 Home Office] work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and\neffectiveness of our logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate\ndelivery of products to our customers. You will analyze data, identify trends,\nand implement process improvements to optimize logistics performance.

 

You will\noversee the day-to-day logistics activities and collaborate with\ncross-functional teams to drive operational excellence. Your ability to\ncollaborate with internal and external stakeholders will be crucial in driving\noperational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

 Oversee and optimize all aspects of\nlogistics and distribution operations. Develop and maintain relationships\nwith carriers and logistics partners to ensure reliable service.Coordinate\ntransportation methods and select cost-effective and efficient options.Develop and execute logistics strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce\ncosts. Optimize warehousing and inventory management to ensure timely order\nfulfillment.Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics\nproviders to establish strong partnerships and streamline operations.  Ensure\ncompliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards. Analyze\nlogistics data, identify trends, and implement process improvements. Provide\nstrategic direction and regularly report to management on cost-saving\nopportunities and process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional\nteams to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.YOU MUST HAVE 5+ years of experience in logistics\nmanagement, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution\nenvironment.Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and inventory\nmanagement principles.Project Experience Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient in using logistics management software and tools.Effective\ncommunication and leadership abilities. WE VALUE Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain\nManagement, Logistics, or a related field.
