Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com (https://www.wellsfargojobs.com/career-areas/) . **In this role, you will:** + Supports SBA post booking servicing work including preparing documentation and submitting SBA purchase demand kits + monitoring for receipt of purchase funds, monitoring SBA exception reporting, updating E-Tran, preparing, monitoring, and tracking of conversions request, submitting charge off requests, support requests, clear balance requests and other various support activities. + Additional Collections Support work within the team includes charge off holds, charge off reversals, payment history updates and hardship maintenance requests. **Required Qualifications:** + 4+ years of Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education + Excellent computer skills to include 10-key, Word, and Excel for Windows **Desired Qualifications:** + Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information.
