Position Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Linux Platform Engineer will be responsible for bridging the gap between development and operations by automating and streamlining processes, ensuring smooth deployment pipelines, and maintaining robust and scalable infrastructure. This role includes supporting hybrid environments, with a focus on building and managing future cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong DevOps mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience in infrastructure automation, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or similar technologies.
• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot containerization platforms (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and scalability.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate DevOps best practices into the workflow.
• Support hybrid environments, including on-premises infrastructure (e.g., VMware) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).
• Implement and maintain system monitoring solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk).
• Ensure compliance with IT security and governance standards.
• Document infrastructure, automation scripts, and processes.
• Participate in on-call duties and provide L3 support for critical systems and deployments.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 3+ years of experience in related role.
• Proficiency in infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
• Experitse in the Linux operating systém.
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and processes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (B2 or higher).
• Experience with Databases infrastructure (Oracle, PostgreSQL).

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in hybrid environments, combining on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with GitOps principles and tools.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices and certifications.
• Experience with web server management (e.g., Nginx, Apache, JBoss).
• Familiarity with network infrastructure and security concepts.
