What you'll do We are looking for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager who can achieve impactful results to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil. In this role, you will act as a liaison to our Brazil-based Success Hub team, ensuring tight coordination between lifecycle marketing initiatives and high-touch renewal and retention strategies. Your work will play a pivotal role in building a world-class customer experience by aligning marketing efforts with on-the-ground Customer Success activities. You will lead the implementation and optimization of Lifecycle Marketing campaigns, focusing on testing and refining strategies for self-serve audiences. You’ll seek opportunities to enhance and develop core eSign product offering communications while accurately layering the benefits of Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) solutions. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Lifecycle Marketing. Responsibility Collaborate with the Brazil-based Customer Success Hub team to align Lifecycle Marketing efforts with human-touch renewal and retention initiatives, ensuring a seamless customer experience Own the customer journey and audit cross-functional outreach cadences to find opportunities where Lifecycle Marketing can build efficiencies, drive awareness, educate customers about self-serve capabilities, and nurture them throughout their journey Work alongside the product and analytics teams to analyze customer behaviors, find opportunities, risks, remediation plans and recommendations for product improvements Define requirements for and work cross-functionally to build and implement personalized marketing strategies using 1:1 customer data and next-best-action recommendations Develop a segmentation and content strategy that supports your high level learning agenda and corresponding A/B tests Analyze results to inform what comes next and ensure continuous optimization Build and effectively communicate Lifecycle Marketing plans with forecasts and goals on a continued basis to keep cross-functional partners aligned and supportive of programs Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. What you bring Basic 8+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, digital marketing, or customer retention roles Experience owning end-to-end program strategy, using multi-channel campaigns, promotion tactics, and dynamic content to optimize and drive performance Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field Preferred Analytical mentality with the ability to extract insights from data to inform marketing strategies Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions Experience with marketing automation tools like Eloqua, Iterable, or similar platforms Customer segmentation and targeting expertise to optimize engagement and conversions Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail Expert A/B testing and performance analysis to drive continuous improvement Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Portuguese and English Life at Docusign Working here Docusign is committed to building trust and making the world more agreeable for our employees, customers and the communities in which we live and work.
