We are looking for a Senior Leasing Specialist to join our team!
Waterton is currently seeking an energetic, enthusiastic Senior Leasing Specialist! As a Senior Leasing Specialist, you will sell and renew residential apartment leases, tour the community, follow up with prospective residents, and prepare lease packages. Above all, you will have a strong drive to close the sale, exceed resident expectations by providing exceptional customer service, and build and/or maintain a true sense of community.
Your Impact and Job Responsibilities
You will provide exceptional customer service to our current and prospective residents. You will help engage current residents through ongoing programs and events designed to increase satisfaction and minimize resident turnover. You will be responsible for meeting occupancy expectations for the community by leasing to new customers and renewing leases for current residents. You will also ensure lease paperwork and resident and customer information is properly documented and protected. You will partner with the Regional Marketing Manager on marketing efforts and mentor all new Leasing Specialists for an assigned group of communities. ompliance: You will adhere to all local and state laws, including all laws governing Fair Housing. You will comply with all applicable ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act), and Section 504 (FHAA) regulations.What our ideal candidate looks like:

Typical Base Pay Range: $18.50 - $22.50 per hour, plus bonus program participation
This pay range is base pay only and does not include any additional compensation or bonuses that this position may be eligible for. The pay range is approximate and the actual pay may vary depending on related work experience, certifications, education, and other job related factors.
