Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Leadership Development Facilitator to join our team. As a Leadership Development Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in empowering individuals to reach their full potential as leaders within Action Behavior Centers. You will deliver comprehensive leadership development programs, workshops, and coaching sessions aimed at enhancing leadership skills, fostering professional growth, and driving organizational success.
  Responsibilities:    1. Facilitation and Delivery: Facilitate engaging and interactive leadership development workshops, seminars, and training sessions both in-person and virtually.  Utilize various instructional techniques and adult learning principles to ensure maximum participant engagement and knowledge retention.  Provide individualized coaching and feedback to participants to support their leadership development journey. 2. Content Creation and Curriculum Enhancement: Develop and curate leadership development content, resources, and tools to support ongoing learning and skill development. Continuously evaluate and enhance existing leadership development curriculum based on feedback, industry best practices, and emerging trends. 3. Assessment and Evaluation: Administer leadership assessments and 360-degree feedback tools to identify strengths, areas for improvement, and leadership development opportunities. Analyze program effectiveness and participant feedback to measure the impact of leadership development initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. 4. Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to understand their leadership development needs and priorities. Collaborate with internal departments, subject matter experts, and external vendors to leverage resources and expertise in support of leadership development initiatives. 5. Program Design and Development:  Collaborate with senior leadership and HR professionals to assess organizational needs and develop strategic leadership development initiatives. Design and customize leadership development programs, workshops, and training materials tailored to the specific goals and objectives of the organization.
Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Proven experience (5+ years) designing, delivering, and facilitating leadership development programs and workshops in a corporate or organizational setting. Strong understanding of leadership theories, models, and best practices, with the ability to translate theory into practical applications. Excellent facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences. Experience conducting leadership assessments, providing coaching, and delivering feedback to individuals at all levels of the organization. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Proficiency in Google Workforce or Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and virtual training platforms. Certifications in learning platforms, programs, assessments or International Coaching Federation or similar credentials are a plus. Join Our Team:
