About the role: This is a Product Support Representative position

About the team: The Commercial Loan Origination process is one of the most labor-intensive and complex processes for many banks. FIS’ Commercial Loan Origination solution empowers banks to streamline and digitalize this process. Designed to support the entire commercial credit life cycle, improve productivity, and deliver a superior experience. FIS’ Commercial Loan Origination (CLO) solution provides a configurable solution for the entire commercial loan origination process with built-in workflow and analytics functionality. It offers many capabilities to simplify the process for lenders and borrowers alike.

The CLO Support team is a global team of highly experienced consultants working collaboratively to support multi-national banks in many countries.

This is an opportunity for the right individual to join a growing team of dedicated professionals in a fast-paced environment, with the aim of supporting an increasing client-base of high-profile companies to the highest quality. You will be supported up by a highly experienced team of support consultants, designers, developers, and QA engineers with vast product knowledge.

What you will be doing: This position is for Lending group: You will be responsible for CX support.  Primary support to Commercial Lending clients in India and Asia. This request is to grow the CX team to stay in line with the huge growth in the Commercial Lending Product.

What you will need:’

Knowledge / Experience

Min 5-7 years of experience on CX support/ product support/ technical support.This is more over Technical and functional support role.Good banking knowledgeEstablish strong relationship with clients.Good Communication skillsQuick learner and flexible to work in shifts.Strong analytical skill.Strong troubleshooting skills.Good to have knowledge on Microsoft SQL server, Apache tomcat and IIS Administration required.Knowledge on Microsoft Azure, RabbitMQ, HashiCorp, APIs, Groovy Scripting added value.

Qualifications

B Tech, etc (Any bachelor’s degree (B Tech, BE, BCA, BCS) and/or MBA Finance)
