The team you will be a part of The Software Engineering team designs, develops or coordinates development/troubleshooting or debugging of moderately complex software programs for enhancements and new products. Performs high-level design/modeling to convert stakeholder needs into software solutions. Develops software and tools in support of design, infrastructure and technology platforms. Determines hardware compatibility and/or influences hardware design. Develops the architectural guidelines, specifications, and technical standards and communicates to stakeholders.This role in summary

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: B.E (Comp. Science / Electronics / any other)

Experience: 10 to 15 years

 

TECHNICAL 

Java, SpringBoot, Microservices, Architecture and Design patterns, UML, Design modeling tools (Microsoft Visio,Lucidchart),Kafka,REST API,Git,CloudWatch/ELK(Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana), Maven, Junit framework, mocking framework. Comprehensive knowledge of networking concepts such as IP addresses, DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP, CDN, and VPN High-level knowledge about key security concepts such as firewalls. Experience working with CI & automation tools like Jenkins, docker / kubernetes, Chef/Puppet.

Work Experience:

10+ yrs of Software development Experience. 2+ years of relevant experience working with large, enterprise systems running complex and sophisticated workloads in a secure and compliant manner, with recent experience with cloud architecture and public cloud infrastructures.

MANAGERIAL 

Providing technical mentoring, coaching & guidance to the teamTalent Management : Actively contribute towards talent building for current and future needs through external hiring and internal capability building Support team with development plan and provide feedback for annual performance evaluation

 

Your responsibilities will include Able to translate business requirements into system requirements and application Architecture Define and document system requirement and solution architecture, document architecture and design model using tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart. Architect and deploy secure, scalable and robust applications preferably on one of the Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). Prefered Hands-on experience using cloud compute, networking, storage and databases. Good understanding of network technologies, security features and tools. Strong analytical and debugging skills. Experience in design and developing solutions based on microservices architecture. Experience in providing technical leadership and guidance to development teams, mentor and enable team members. Collaborating with technical stakeholders to create the architecture. Contributing to all major design decisions and deliverables. Providing technical guidance for migration activities. Must be comfortable leading the execution of tasks on multiple, cross-functional, complex projects. Strong analytical and debugging skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
