Senior L&D Project Manager EMEA

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver regional L&D programs: Oversee the design, development, and delivery of regional L&D programs that align with GREF’s strategic objectives and enhance employee skills and competencies.Needs assessment and program evaluation: Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess L&D needs, identify knowledge gaps, and establish learning objectives to ensure program effectiveness. Monitor and evaluate the impact of L&D initiatives through regular measurement and assessment to drive continuous improvement.Stakeholder collaboration and relationship management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, HR partners, and subject matter experts to ensure seamless coordination and execution of L&D initiatives. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships at all levels of the organization.Innovative learning solutions: Utilize innovative methodologies and technologies to deliver engaging and interactive training programs, including e-learning, virtual classrooms, and blended learning solutions. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in L&D to bring innovative ideas and solutions to the organization.Project management: Demonstrate strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Ensure timely delivery of learning programs within budget and resource constraints.Culture of learning and development: Foster a culture that values learning and development, supporting employees' career growth and professional development. Create opportunities for continuous learning and self-development.

Skills & Competencies

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development or related field.Proven experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs and initiatives.Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships at all levels of the organization.A passion for continuous learning, self-development, and staying current with innovative L&D practices.
