You’ll be joining our Stockport Head office, home to 18 showrooms, our Conference Centre, staff Wellness Hub, a truly state-of-the-art gym - fully loaded with Peloton bikes & every piece of gym equipment you can imagine. An indoor astroturf pitch, chat boxes & creative corners creative spaces. Our Stockport team consists of over 350 adidas employees, working across, Brand, Sports Marketing, Marketing Activations, Visual Merchandising, Sales, Account Operations, Finance, HR & many more.
What you’ll do
Focusing on Footasylum, this role presents a sought-after opportunity to work with one of our leading retailers across all categories, leading the strategy to deliver sustainable market leadership in support of our brand goals. They create clarity, confidence and recommendations needed to enable tough decisions to be made and are responsible for creating a culture of high performance and belonging in adidas. Senior Key Account Managers work collaboratively within their internal and external functions and strive for the best results in whatever they do.
Key elements of the Senior Key Account Manager role:
Autonomous role, managing all aspects of account management, coordinating with Marketing, Go to Market, Account Operations and Insights teams to drive towards market leadership. High profile account (Footasylum), targeting our key battleground consumer of the Gen Z male in the UK, with specific product solutions and unique marketing propositions. Excellent opportunity to continue strong growth into 2026 & beyond. High profile exposure both internally and externally with senior stakeholders.
Core requirements:
Established & proven broad account management experience, with ability to lead strategy development, and leadership narrative. Excellent stakeholder management up to high level and cross functionally. High level of consumer and marketplace focus. Entrepreneurial growth mindset.
