Senior Key Account Manager
What you will enjoy doing Responsible for accounts across Middle East and North Africa. Collaborate with all technical internal divisions within the plants in the MENA region to guarantee optimal customer satisfaction. Maintain long-term relationships with our customers and maximizes sales opportunities. Ensure operating daily under ALPLA's safety standards & regulations. Responsible for the development and achievement of related sales targets for the accounts under his/her responsibility. Act as the account manager for the related accounts handling all related daily sales related operations. Assist in generating new business opportunities through supporting in pricing and business plans/quotations. Act as the key interface between our related customers in the region and all relevant internal divisions in order to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations. Participate in tenders/RFQs and follow up actions (prices, offers, negotiations, project follow-ups etc.) Meet assigned target budget for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts. Proactively assesses, clarifies and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis. Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs. What makes you great  Commercial bachelor's degree or master's degree. 5+ years of experience in B2B sales and preferably within manufacturing industry. Enthusiasm for a demanding industrial product and technical understanding. Strong team player. Excellent relationship building skills and effective communication skills in English and Arabic. Highly self-motivated and self-driven.
